Welcome to the Solid State NMR group at Centre of Biomedical Magnetic Resonance, Lucknow, INDIA
Our research group is interested in developing solid state NMR methodologies for structural studies of non soluable proteins and various biomedical applications. We mainly use recently installed Bruker 600 MHz wide bore Avance III solid state NMR spectrometer for various experiments. We have following NMR probes; a) 3.2 mm Triple Resonance DVT probe (installed) b) 1.3 mm Triple Resonance High Speed probe (to be installed) c) 3.2 mm Triple Resonance E-free MAS probe (to be installed) d) 5.0 mm Triple Resonance E-free Static probe (to be installed) Applications are invited for Department of Biotechnology funded project titled “Structure determination of insoluble proteins by solid state NMR spectroscopy”.
